  • To get the most value from a J Flyer Membership, you should travel enough to justify the investment. Generally, if you spend at least $10,000 per person annually on flights or take four or more trips per year, you'll start to see a clear return on your membership. The Guest Pass is available for those with more limited travel needs.

  • Not necessarily. If you already have points, we’ll help you use them effectively. If you’re just starting out, we’ll guide you on how to earn and build points efficiently—through credit card strategy, welcome bonuses, and smart everyday spending—so you’re in a strong position to maximize future bookings.

  • We work with all types of rewards currencies, including frequent flyer miles, transferable credit card points (like Amex, Aeroplan, RBC Avion, etc.), and hybrid programs. We’ll assess what you have and recommend the best redemption strategy based on the value and flexibility of your rewards.

  • We help with both domestic and international flights, as long as they are in business or first class (or equivalent premium cabins). Whether it’s a short-haul work trip or a long-haul international flight, our team will help you get the best possible value from your rewards.

  • The more you travel, the more value we can deliver. On average, J Flyer members save between 30–60% on their annual flight budgets, even after factoring in our service fees. Your specific savings will depend on how often you travel, what points you hold, and the complexity of your trips—but most clients see a strong return year over year.

  • The Companion Pass is ideal for a spouse, partner, or business colleague who frequently travels with the primary member—typically at least twice per year. It includes flight booking assistance, upgrade monitoring, and priority support. Companion Pass holders don’t receive personalized points or credit card strategies. Children under 18 may be added as complimentary companions.

  • The Guest Pass is a one-time option for travellers who don’t need ongoing support. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required before we begin the search. Once we’ve found and optimized the best options, we’ll present up to three curated itineraries. The remaining balance is due before we release final details. If points can’t be used effectively, we’ll also offer a strong cash fare recommendation.

  • Your dedicated advisor will help with any changes or cancellations. Fees vary based on your membership tier and the type of booking. We’ll always clarify options in advance and aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Full change and cancellation terms can be found in our service agreement.

  • All booking, change, and cancellation fees are non-refundable. For award bookings, the minimum fee ($100) is also non-refundable. Refunds are not offered for unused services, membership time, or situations where points cannot be effectively used.
